ADMISSION:

When you make your dine-in preorder. That works as your RSVP/Admission for the entirety of the event. Meaning there is no wait. Whenever you and your guest arrive between 11am-3pm. We will be ready to serve you!

Upon entry our host/hostess will take your temp as well retort your order back to you. This helps Covid related concerns as well helps us give you the best customer service we can.

 ORDER(S):

When making multiple  dine-in orders. Please include the names of whom the orders belong to in notes section. This helps us with seating and tracking or each order. Same for large parties. 

SEATING / SECTION:

This event is RSVP only with limited seating. It is possible we can sell out. If sold out, To-Go orders will always be available. We want to ensure all of our guest are comfortable. Please include names or your guest in the note section of checkout. If failed to do, It’s absolutely ok. We will contact you and help reserve your section. 

COVID-19:

Crowne Hookah Lounge Does Not Require Mask. Temperture checks all be made upon entry. We Do However Encourage Mask. Especially When Your Out Of Your Seating Section. Again, Nothing Is Mandatory But Strongly Encouraged. 

 
SERVICES / ADD-ONS:

You can purchase hookahs and make drink orders from the bar the day of the event. Example, If you did not preorder bottomless mimosas and would like to add them upon arrival. It’s completely fine. As long as we have them in stock. It will always be available. Same for To-Go orders while dining in. We will fulfill your order as long as our kitchen is able.
